Product Terms.

Software licenses, plugins, tools and other digital products, as described on each product page. The product page shows what is included, the license term (for example 12 months) and how many websites or users it covers.

Prices are shown in USD and are paid in full at checkout. Card and online payments are processed securely by our payment partner 2Checkout (Verifone). Any taxes or bank fees in your country are your responsibility.

Products are delivered digitally. Licenses are activated by our team, usually within 24 hours after you send the access we ask for. Where we need a temporary administrator login, you can delete it as soon as activation is done. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.

• Use the product only on the number of websites or users shown on the product page, for the license term you paid for.
• Do not resell, share or give away the license or the product.
• The software maker's own license terms also apply to the software itself.

During the license term you get the updates the software maker releases, and our support by email at support@omeiro.com. When the term ends, renew to keep getting updates and support.

You get a full refund any time before a license is activated or a product is delivered. After activation or delivery, products cannot be refunded. See our Refund Policy.

Some product pages link to partner websites. If you buy on a partner's website, that partner's own terms and prices apply, and Omeiro may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

The software itself is made by its maker, and Omeiro is not responsible for changes, outages or bugs in it. Our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

These Product Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and any dispute will be brought in the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
