Design File
License.

When your payment is complete, Omeiro gives you a non-exclusive, lifetime license to use the design file. Non-exclusive means other people can buy and use the same design too.

• Edit the design: change text, colours, logos and photos.
• Use it for yourself, your business, or for one client as part of work you do for them.
• Print it, share it online, and use it in digital and printed material such as stationery, ads and social posts.

• Sell, share or give away the file itself, edited or not, as a file or template (for example on stock, template or marketplace sites).
• Use the design as your trademark or logo, or register it as your own design.
• Claim that you made the original design.
• Use it for anything illegal, hateful or misleading.

You get a license to use the file, not the copyright. The copyright stays with Omeiro. Fonts, photos or icons from other makers that are named with a file keep their own licenses.

After payment is confirmed you get a private download link. Files are stored on Cloudflare R2, and the link stops working after a short time and a set number of downloads. Please save your file once downloaded. If your link expires, contact us and we will send a new one.

Design files are refunded only if the file is broken or is not the file shown on the product page, and we cannot fix it. See our Refund Policy.

If the payment is cancelled or charged back, or if you break this License, the license ends and you must stop using the file.
